- MOST IMPORTANT - Select someone
to be the Event / Cruise Photographer
- if
there is more than one person taking
photos have them submit their photos to
your Event / Cruise Photographer

- After your Event / Cruise copy all the
photos into one ‘Folder’ on a Computer
and then select the photos to be
submitted to the Webmaster for the
Website

– Please E-mail your photos to the
Webmaster ( Marv -

) in the original resolution / size as
an ‘E-mail attachment'

depending on the size of the photos sent
6 to 10 at a time .. increase the
quantity if you are experiencing good /
fast uploading speed ..
NOTE - if you can convert your
photographs to a 640 pixels size before
sending them to Marv you will be able to
send 25 to 30 at a time ..

IrfanView is one program that will
convert your photos to a smaller ( 640 )
size ..
- you
can download the free photo processing
software titled IrfanView at

..
- for
complete instructions to set up
IrfanView go to ‘Photo Stuff’ on the
RPYC Website and click on .

– When the Webmaster receives your
photos he ( Marv ) will process and
‘post’ the photos to the Website
NOTE
- the Webmaster will make the final
selection of Photos to be displayed in
the RPYC Website

Paper Work - Identify the people /
places in the photographs and / or
describe the activity.
Send this along with the photographs to
the Webmaster.
