In appreciation for their efforts, the 2008 Cruise Committee hosted a Cocktail Reception for all the Cruise Leaders that stepped forward to lead a luncheon, raft-up and a cruise during the past year. 

 

The reception was held on Friday, September 26, 2008 prior to the Change of Watch weekend and featured an hour long open bar and scrumptious hors d oeuvres.  A total of 65 Cruise Leaders were present and each received a Cruise Leader Certificate.  The Cruise Leader Plaque that was presented to Commodore Minahan was present showing the cruises for the past year with name, date and cruise leader names.
